She liked it and bought it...$4.95 cover price and all. From the looks of it, this is the women's version of Men's Health. The style is a little less snarky (I kind of like the attitude that Men's Health's writing has). Anyway, when it saw it for the discounted price here, I couldn't help but get her a year's subscription.

I picked up a copy of Women's Health Magazine at a hospital in Walnut Creek CA. The magazine addressed several health concerns and health care issues that are very interesting such as weight loss by eating heart healthy foods and exercising, natural and simple facials and hair conditioners made with simple ingredients from home. Unfortunately I did not keep the copy nor do I remember the date of the issue. I look forward to receiving my subscription!

Since my boyfriend couldn't stop raving about his Men's Health Magazine, I decided to look into the Women's Health Magazine and I found myself pleasantly surprised. I was a little hesitant to order a full year's subscription at first because I figured how much can you really talk about dieting and exercise. Fortunately, Women's Health is much more than that. Women's Health Magazine is more than a fitness magazine. I love it because it covers getting my body fit, healthy recipes, new fashion, good books to read, new music and also how to improve my sex life. It hit's each subject just enough so that you don't have to spend hours reading to get to the facts. With a husband and a toddler, my time is limited. I have been trying to find a good magazine for women about health and exercise for a long time. I have tried a few other magazines in the past but Women's Health Magazine is definitely the best one. It keeps you interested throughout the entire issue and motivates you to be healthy. I've been a longtime reader of Women's Health Magazine and Fitness magazines - Self, Shape, Fitness, and was a premier subscriber to Women's Health and Fitness. Recently, however, I became VERY discouraged with the advice and models used in the magazine I used to subscribe to. Then, when waiting for a train one day, I picked up Women's Health - and was BLOWN AWAY. No pretentious pieces, no overly skinny models or unrealistic expectations - this is today's active woman's magazine! I'm SO excited for my subscription, and can't wait to get the next issue!

I recently ordered Women's Health Magazine and I Love it! This magazine has so much information. Unlike most magazines which just have a few pages of different workouts; women's health contains several pages full of different workouts, exercise plans, and tips on eating right. I have re-read this magazine 3 times so far, and I am planning on using many of the ideas presented. I first received an issue of Women's Health Magazine by mistake, the previous homeowner forgot to cancel her subscription or send a forwarding address. I almost never buy magazines unless an article really catches my eye but I read and thoroughly enjoyed this magazine from cover to cover. It was SO focused on no-nonsense health info; innovative workout routines, stress-fighting ideas, energy building recipes as well as new health and beauty aids. Some articles were inspiring, while others were laugh out loud hilarious because they were written with so much truth. After 2 issues I was hooked and bought a subscription.
